Christian Family Coalition Hosts "2011 Miami-Dade County Mayoral Candidates Breakfast"  


MIAMI-On Saturday, May 7th, the Christian Family Coalition approximately 250 people attended the the "2011 Maimi-Dade County Mayoral Candidates Forum" at he Miami-Airport Hilton Hotel. The event was guest hosted by Miami-Dade County Commissioner Chairman Joe Martinez. CFC was the only pro-family organization in Miami-Dade County to host a mayoral candidates forum. 

Mayoral candidates who spoke included: Wilbur Bell, Jose Cancio, Carlos Gimenez, Marcelo Llorente and Julio Robaina. 

Carlos Gimenez and Julio Robaina have since moved on to a run-off election for Miami-Dade County mayor on June 28th. 

Other candidates who appeared were Esteban Bovo, who has since been elected to the Board of Miami-Dade County Commissioners, District 13 as well as Frank Lago and Jose Oliva, candidates for State House District 110. 

Jose Oliva has since been elected to the State House, District 110.
