FLORIDA- On Sunday, June 5th Danita Kilcullen passed away after a long battle with cancer to be with the Lord.
The Fort Lauderdale Tea Party lost a strong and courageous leader; Kilcullen was the co-founder of the party and would attend every meeting.
She had a strong voice and was unafraid to express her opinions and speak out on the issues. Kilcullen left her mark on Broward County, and she will not be forgotten in the political world.
“Danita was a courageous fighter and a principled warrior for faith, family and freedom. It was this passion that led her to create the Fort Lauderdale Tea Party, the longest running tea party organization in America. CFC Florida had the honor of speaking before this prestigious organization on several occasions. Her leadership will be missed, but not forgotten. We extend our condolences to her entire family."
