CFC Congratulates Winning Fair-Minded Pro-Family Candidates!
CFC
The Christian Family Coalition (CFC) commended the nearly one dozen fair-minded pro-family candidates who won in their respective races. From the state house to the school house, thousands of fair-minded pro-family voters began to retake their government by electing the following candidates:
STATE LEGISLATURE:

James Bush, III - State House District 109 - From 2000-2008, our community suffered under the inept and decidedly anti-family representation of Dorothy Bendross-Mindingall.  Today, State House District 109 has been reclaimed by James Bush, III, a leader who has the best interest of Florida's families in mind and understands the needs of our children.

JUDICIARY:

Stephen T. Millan - Circuit Court, Group 19 - A judicial candidate in 2006, Stephen Millan is now in a run-off election for Circuit Court Group19 in November.  Stephen Millan takes his oath of office seriously and understands the separation of powers and the proper role of the judiciary which is to interpret the law, not create law.

Marcia B. Caballero - Circuit Court, Group 51 - A first-time judicial candidate, Marcia Caballero ousted an incumbent judge on the Miami-Dade Circuit Court.  Ms. Caballero will be the newest circuit court judge to be seated and also takes her oath of office seriously and understands the separation of powers and the proper role of the judiciary which is to interpret the law, not create law.

SCHOOL BOARD:

Wilbert "Tee" Holloway - School Board, District 1 - Named by Florida Governor Charlie Crist to the School Board last year, Wilbert "Tee" Holloway is a former state house representative who served his district as an outstanding fair-minded pro-family legislator.  He was re-elected to his first full term to the Miami-Dade County School Board, District 1.  School Board Member Holloway won his re-election with over 71% of the vote.

Renier Diaz de la Portilla - School Board, District 5 - A long-time ally of fair-minded pro-family voters, Renier Diaz de la Portilla is a former State House Representative in District 115.  Today, he is admirably serving his community on the Miami-Dade County School Board, District 5.  He won re-election last night with the support of thousands of fair-minded pro-family voters.

Larry Feldman - School Board, District 9 - A first-time school board candidate, Dr. Larry Feldman, a retired school principal, ousted an incumbent on the Miami-Dade County School Board, District 9.

COUNTY COMMISSION:

Joe A. Martinez - County Commission Dist. 11 - A long-time ally of fair-minded pro-family voters, Commissioner Joe Martinez has served as a Miami-Dade County Commissioner since October, 2000.  This year, he was challenged by a political novice who campaigned with the support of "SAVE" Dade, a group of homosexual extremists operating somewhere in the Miami-Dade County area.  Commissioner Martinez won his re-election with over 72% of the vote.

Natacha Seijas - County Commission Dist. 13 - Another long-time ally of fair-minded pro-family voters, Commissioner Natacha Seijas has served as a Miami-Dade County Commissioner since 1993.  This year, she was challenged by a political novice who campaigned with the support of "SAVE" Dade operative, Millie Herrera, a strong supporter of homosexual extremists operating somewhere in the Miami-Dade County area.  Commissioner Seijas won his re-election with over 65% of the vote.
